Within India, we offer free exchange and replacement.
Any product we sell is constructed to last and is made to be the best. If something that was bought falls far short of those expectations, you have 21 days after the date of delivery to exchange it. Please email us at [email protected] with the product specifications, order number, and photos, and we will exchange the item or offer a gift card as per your request. Depending on stock availability, we will try our best to replace things. Our policy is valid for 21 days after delivery. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if the goods have been delivered for more than 21 days.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. It has to be in its shipping packaging as well.
If a product is damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it; otherwise, it will not be eligible for return.
